Plogging with Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants

What: Plogging is jogging (or walking) as an individual or group while picking up trash. It is a way to get some exercise while improving the beauty of our community and health of environment.
When: October, Sunday 27th, 11-12PM. Plogging will start after attendees gather, supplies and plogging routes distributed.
Where: Madison, WI, State Capitol, corner of S. Hamilton and W. Main Streets Look for the florescent vests.
Details:
-Plogging routes will be about 30 minutes depending on jogging/walking speed and amount of garbage needing to be picked up.
-Routes will be provided at event, starting, and ending at the same point.
-Bring your jogging/walking shoes and comfortable clothing for the weather and activity.
-Garbage bags and gloves will be supplied.
-Routes will be provided at the event. About 30 minutes in length for jogging or walking.
-Lunch will be provided free to the first 30 registrants after the event!
-Kids and adults welcome. We ask those under 18 to please be accompanied by a adult.
