Join the APTA Wisconsin Private Practice Special Interest Group for a free one hour webinar and learn about alternative employee compensation models. In this webinar you will identify current national trends related to employee compensation, compare and contrast features of alternative employee comp models, and appreciate the difference between traditional bonus models versus shared risk comp models.

About The Speaker(s)

Jason Wambold, MSPT, graduated from Gordon College in Wenham, MA in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. He earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA in 1999.  Jason treated patients full time for 17 years, and he has 20 years of leadership experience in the rehab industry.  Jason is passionate about elevating the level of professionalism and autonomy in the physical therapy community.  He has served as a membership committee volunteer for the NYPTA, and he regularly lectures at local PT programs focusing on professionalism and fiscal responsibility. In 2016 he cofounded OnusOne, an online portal system that designs and administers shared-risk compensation models specifically geared toward the rehab industry.  A nationally recognized expert in best practice design and implementation of alternative employee compensation models, Jason regularly speaks on the topic at rehab industry conferences at the national and state level.    Jason lives in Rochester NY with his wife Julie, and his daughter Ellie.  His son Harrison attends Gordon College in Wenham, MA. In his spare time Jason enjoys music, skiing, and driving classic cars.
