Each year, the APTA Wisconsin Southeast District offers two hours of ethics and jurisprudence training to fulfill your four hours of biennial licensure requirements. A short district meeting also takes place during this time to provide members with updates on local, state and national issues.

Join us for the much-awaited return of the in-person annual ethics course. This year’s course is set to take place in Greene Hall at UW-Milwaukee on Thursday, September 14 from 6-8:15 pm. 

APTA Wisconsin Payment Specialist, Lynn Steffes, PT, DPT, will deliver a dynamic presentation on “Updates and Hot Topics on Optimal Documentation, Billing and Compliance.”

Delve into crucial insights during this presentation, including:

  • successful evaluations/progress reports

  • optimal daily notes and billing policies to balance profitability and compliance

  • prior authorization challenges and solutions 

  • asynchronous billing opportunities 

There is typically street parking available on Downer or Edgewood, otherwise there is also parking in the Kloschke Pavilion located at 3409 N Downer Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53211. The Kloschke parking structure is most easily accessible off of Edgewood.
